With over seven years at Medicine Bow Technologies, Toby, has driven the company's growth and success as CEO, focusing on IT management, key performance indicators, and strategic development. Previously, he served as COO, streamlining operations, and as Director of IT Hospital Operations, acting as CIO for Memorial Hospital of Carbon County and The Memorial Hospital of Craig, overseeing IT management and improving hospital operations.

Senior Security Engineer, Elmer Robinson, CISSP, is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Elmer has worn many hats throughout his career, including roles as a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Certified Network Engineer, and most recently, as the Director of Cybersecurity at one of Wyoming's largest MSP's. Elmer’s expertise spans critical areas such as disaster recovery planning, compliance, and IT risk mitigation. With 30 years of experience as a Microsoft Certified Professional, he has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. His dedication to excellence is evident through his impressive 14-year tenure as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) gold standard certification holder. Elmer’s knowledge and commitment have made him a trusted resource in the field.

Technical Sales Engineer, Sheila Bode, CompTIA Security+ ce, is an experienced Cyber Security Professional with over 22 years in education and technology. As a Math Credit Recovery Teacher, she designed and delivered lessons, managed behavior, and conducted Individual Education Plan meetings. Additionally, she instructed a high school credit Microsoft Office 2016 Certification class and earned accolades for outstanding student achievement. Sheila has earned Cybersecurity Technical Training and Cybersecurity Awareness Certificates for Florida state employees. In her previous roles, she served as a Senior Sales Associate at Tech Data, significantly increasing business for targeted focus accounts, and as a Field Service Support Technician at PwC, maintaining desktop and laptop PCs. She is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance education and security practices.

​Systems Engineer, Aaron Sullivan, CompTIA A+ Certification, recently graduated from Northwest Career College. He is committed to furthering his expertise with plans to obtain Security+ and Network+ certifications next year. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Aaron's passion for technology began in childhood, inspired by his father who taught him how to repair VCRs and CRT TVs. Aaron brings valuable experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, virtual machines, and Windows installations to his role, showcasing his deep-rooted enthusiasm and technical proficiency.

Marketing Coordinator/Lead Generation Specialist, Holly Lazanowski, is a dedicated mother of four, skillfully combines her nurturing instincts with her entrepreneurial spirit as she re-enters the realm of Managed IT Services. Over the past decade, Holly has actively volunteered for various organizations, including the Girl Scouts and Pinellas County Schools. During her tenure at Hallmark, she adeptly led an eleven-person team while fostering strong connections with local business managers. Holly brings a wealth of experience from the hotel, restaurant, and tech industries, and eagerly anticipates establishing meaningful and enduring relationships with Trumbull Tech!

Chief Cyber Strategist, Natalie Suarez, brings over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and technical leadership to her role at Trumbull Tech. As a former Principal Solutions Advisor and Director of Cybersecurity Task Force at Perch Security, Natalie played a pivotal role in educating MSPs and community partners on threat intelligence, secure deployments, and cyber risk mitigation. She has served on the CompTIA ISAO Executive Advisory Council, led strategic partnerships across ISAC and ISAO communities, and was instrumental in Perch’s successful acquisition by ConnectWise. Natalie’s background includes directing engineering teams, developing advanced data solutions for defense programs, and delivering impactful presentations nationwide. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, Natalie holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude with honors from multiple engineering societies. She is passionate about making cybersecurity accessible and engaging—especially in educational environments—and is a featured speaker in Trumbull Tech’s Cyber Chip series.
