Elmer has worn many hats throughout his career, including roles as a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Certified Network Engineer, and most recently, as the Director of Cybersecurity at one of Wyoming's largest MSP's. Elmer’s expertise spans critical areas such as disaster recovery planning, compliance, and IT risk mitigation. With 30 years of experience as a Microsoft Certified Professional, he has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. His dedication to excellence is evident through his impressive 14-year tenure as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) gold standard certification holder. Elmer’s knowledge and commitment have made him a trusted resource in the field.

Technical Sales Engineer, Sheila Bode, is an experienced Cyber Security Professional with over 22 years in education and technology. As a Math Credit Recovery Teacher, she designed and delivered lessons, managed behavior, and conducted Individual Education Plan meetings. Additionally, she instructed a high school credit Microsoft Office 2016 Certification class and earned accolades for outstanding student achievement. Sheila has earned Cybersecurity Technical Training and Cybersecurity Awareness Certificates for Florida state employees. In her previous roles, she served as a Senior Sales Associate at Tech Data, significantly increasing business for targeted focus accounts, and as a Field Service Support Technician at PwC, maintaining desktop and laptop PCs. She is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance education and security practices.
